1. Agreement
These terms and conditions of sale constitute a legally binding agreement between Recycled Products Limited (the seller) and the buyer of the goods. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms.
2. Product Description
The goods will be described and agreed at the time of order.
3. Pricing
The price will be per tonne and will be agreed at the time of each order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full within 14 days of collection by bank transfer.
5. Retention of Title
a. Title in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until they have been paid for in full.
b. The risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the buyer upon collection.
c. Until ownership passes, the buyer shall hold the goods on behalf of the seller and ensure they are kept separate from other goods.
6. Delivery
a. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
b. The seller shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond their control.
7. Inspection and Acceptance
The buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery. Any discrepancies or defects must be reported to the seller within 7 days of receipt.
8. Limitation of Liability
The seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. The seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller operates: England & Wales.
11. Amendments
The seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the seller’s website or notifying the buyer.
