At Recycled Products Limited, we proudly champion diversity and inclusivity in all we do. It’s not just about business; its about celebrating our differences and coming together as one big joyous family. Women in Recycling, India, January 2025.

Our Managing Director, Susie Burrage OBE was delighted to be invited, as a guest of honour, to the Material Recycling Association of India inaugural Women in Recycling meeting in Jaiphur, India. She was also bestowed the privilege of presenting a token of appreciation on behalf of the women recyclers to their  distinguished guest, DR Somya Gurjar, the Mayor of Jaipur.

Susie said, “Together, we are paving the way for a brighter, more inclusive Indian recycling industry and I couldn’t be more excited about what lies ahead. It truly made my heart sing! Being surrounded by 30 incredible women, all passionate about their roles in the recycling industry was profoundly inspiring. The energy in the room was infectious. One of the main standout messages was the empowering suggestion that women shouldn’t think of themselves as the only woman in the room but rather as a talented professional among a sea of other professionals. This change in mindset is crucial; it encourages us to embrace our uniqueness while recognising our shared mission with men in the industry.”
